Returning to the Book Study

In this study we go over the History of the Hebrew Scriptures (TANAKH*). We begin in the scriptures themselves and then look at the role of the Massoretic Scribes, the Temple Scrolls, the Dead Sea Scrolls  and more.

We hear the call to return to the Book ( TANAKH*) for all people of Faith in Yehovah. May this study bring clarity on the past and help give focus for the present, and stepping into the future, for the sincere scripture students.

*TANAKH: and acronym for Torah, Prophets, and Writings, commonly called today the Old Testament

Coming out of Hellenism Today

Today’s talk begins with a brief discussion on this weeks Torah portion VA-YESHEV. However the bulk of the study cover the Hellenism of the ancient world that threatened to be the end of Torah keeping and the people of Israel. From this rose a family of Kohenim from Modin, that took it upon themselves to fight for YHVH, for the Torah and the Covenant. These Holy Jewish warriors  are known today as the Maccabees.  They fought and overcame impossible odds and retook the temple mount and Re-dedicated (chanukah) the Altar of worship and from this we have the celebration of Chanukah!

We look at the continued affect of the Hellenized world over the past 2,000 years . The way the Greek culture impacted, second temple Jewish thought, the New Testament, the rise of Christianity, and more..

Calling on the people of Faith to take the stand for Truth.

THE SPIRIT OF THE ANTICHRIST

THE SPIRIT OF THE ANTICHRIST: “… and every spirit that does not confess that Yeshua Messiah has come in the flesh is not of ELOHIM. And this is THE SPIRIT OF THE ANTICHRIST…… (1 John 4:3) The word Antichrist of Anti Messiah gets thrown around today in a vary accusing way, yet what is 1 John 4:2,3 telling us about the “antichrist”. John says, “every spirit that does not confess that Yeshua Messiah has come in the flesh…..” What does this mean? Lets look into the Greek at the word translated “Flesh” (σάρξ sarx) According to the Strongs Dictionary: sarx; a prim. word; flesh:—
NASB – bodily(1), bodily condition(1), body(2), earth(1), earthly(1), fellow countrymen(1), flesh(129), fleshly(4), life(3), man(1), mankind(1), nation(1), personally(1).

This means any doctrine that says Yeshua (Yehoshua) of Nazareth was more that a man (fleshly) is the spirit of the anti- christ. This undoubtedly included the Catholic and Christion/Messianic Doctrine of the Deity of Jesus. Claiming Yehsua/Jesus is God in the Flesh is the spirit of the Anti-christ. (This message is not an attack on anyone but sent out with hope that many will wake up to this fact and see how thick the christian/messianic deception is)
There is much to say on this subject and we will be working on articles and studies to help clarify and publish the truth for those who are seeking a better understanding.
YEHOVAH be with you
